In an email dated September 12, 2022, Broome County Health Department clarified the reporting process included in the NYS Department of Health's COVID-19 FAQs update. Broome County Health explained that the majority of COVID-19 cases should be reported through its online self-service case reporting system. Parents, Guardians, Students and Staff should use this link to report all positive COVID-19 test results: COVID-19 Self Service (vanderbilt.edu)
If you are unable to use this system for whatever reason (lack of Internet service, etc.), please call 2-1-1 and ask an operator to assist you in reporting your positive COVID-19 test.
