Bus Rides for Walkers

Due to frigid temperatures on Friday, February 3, 2023 Vestal School bus drivers will pick up students who are seen walking to school while driving their normal routes.

Vestal District Council is pleased to host a Vestal Trivia Night on March 3, 2023! Registration is open now at https://www.vestal.stier.org/DistrictCouncil.aspx
Sign up by February 28 and support District Council at a fun night of trivia about the Town of Vestal, Vestal CSD and all things Golden Bear! Tickets are $15 per person, and teams of up to 10 members are welcome.
Again, District Council "Vestal Trivia Night" is 7 p.m., March 3, in the Vestal Middle School Cafeteria.

Vestal's Transportation Department began installing cameras on District school buses in advance of New York State passing the School Bus Camera Safety Act in August 2019.

Broome County Health Department has recently asked school districts to remind their families and staff to report positive COVID-19 cases through its online self-service reporting system.

VHS Food Pantry returns for a second year!

The Vestal HS Community Food Pantry will be open to area residents 4 -6 p.m. on Wednesdays. It is located in the Atrium lobby of the high school, 205 Woodlawn Drive, Vestal. If you would like to donate non-perishable food items to the pantry, please call 607-757-2214 weekdays between 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. to make arrangements.
