Courtney Seery, the daughter of Lisa Seery of Vestal and Scott Seery of Vestal, signed her letter of intent accepting a scholarship to play Division II soccer at Roberts Wesleyan College. The signing took place on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, in the gymnasium of the Vestal High School.
An All-Conference First-Team All-Star her sophomore year, Courtney is a four-year Varsity mid-fielder on the Golden Bear Girls Soccer team who won an Offensive MVP Award her junior year. She has also served as team captain her junior and senior years. A Scholar Athlete from 2019 -2020, Courtney helped her team capture victory as 2018 and 2019 STAC and Class A Champions. Most recently, she and her team won the 2021 Sectional final.
A member of Vestal High School’s Varsity Club, Courtney was a part of the Vestal Youth Soccer Association from 2014 – 2018 and has been on the GBFC travel soccer team since 2018.
After graduation, Courtney plans to major in Nursing at Roberts Wesleyan in the Fall.
