Please follow this procedure to submit a comment:
1, Click on the icon at the bottom center of the Zoom screen, titled “Participants.” This will open a new window on the right side of your screen.
2. At the bottom of this far right window click on the “Raised hand” icon. This is called the digital hand.
3. Wait until you are recognized by the host. You will be acknowledged in the order you signed in.
4. When addressing the Board, you will have a maximum of 3 minutes. (You will be advised when 10 seconds remain). Your name and address will be provided for the public record. Please be concise and respectful in your comments.
By law, the Board cannot allow public comments concerning any specific student or staff in order to protect the confidentiality of both.
