Vestal is pleased to welcome Josh Gannon as the District’s new Director of Athletics & Physical Education! His appointment was effective July 1, following the retirement of Mike Rotondi at the end of the 2018-19 school year.
Mr. Gannon brings with him nearly two decades of experience
as a Director of Athletics and Physical Education, first with Stoughton High School in Massachusetts and, more recently, for the neighboring Union-Endicott School District. His educational credentials include a BS in Physical Education and a M.Ed. in Athletic Administration, both from Springfield College.
A Vestal parent, Josh and his wife, Jody, live in Apalachin
with their daughter and three sons. In the community, he is president of the Vestal Little League and Vestal Boys Youth Basketball. Professionally, he also serves on Section IV committees for Cheerleading, Football and Lacrosse.
